CEE from Amix is an advanced form of creatine that consists of pure creatine ethyl ester, a creatine molecule linked to an ester. Compared to classic creatine monohydrate, it is characterized by high absorbability and effect.
Creatine monohydrate is not the best absorbed and its effectiveness depends on the cellular absorption of each person. Therefore, it must be taken in larger doses to have a noticeable effect. In contrast, creatine ethyl ester is an extremely easily soluble form of creatine, which is why it is characterized by high absorbability and better utilization. With creatine ethyl ester, there is no need for a saturation phase.
CEE increases muscle strength, endurance and blood flow, delays the onset of fatigue, improves muscle regeneration during sets and after training and supports the growth of muscle mass.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: Take 4-5 capsules approximately 45-60 minutes before training and drink with a glass of water.
