When ingested, it attracts and retains water, which leads to an improvement in the level of hydration of muscle cells. Increased cellular hydration also contributes to a fuller muscle appearance during training, increasing the muscle pump effect.
Nitrosigine® - Is a patented complex of bound arginine silicate developed by Nutrition 21. Nitrosigine is designed to increase the production of nitric oxide in the body, which leads to improved blood flow and increased supply of nutrients to the muscles during exercise.
