Gluta Pure by Extrifit is a supplement designed to supplement glutamine in addition to demanding training sessions. Glutamine is a non-essential amino acid that is largely represented in muscles, up to 60%. During demanding training, glutamine reserves are depleted and therefore its supplementation is appropriate.
Glutamine helps to build clean, high-quality muscle mass and accelerates regeneration after training. Glutamine also supports the immune system, optimizes hydration and muscle cell volume.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: Take 1 to 2 capsules daily.
STORAGE: Store out of reach of children. Close the package carefully after opening. Store in a dry environment, in a well-closed package at a temperature of 10°C to 25°C. Do not expose to direct sunlight.
