RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: Mix 10 ml of concentrate with 650 ml of water and use before, during, after training or during the day to hydrate the body. Use a maximum of 50 ml of concentrate per day. Do not use mineral waters for preparation due to disturbance of the osmolality of the drink and mineral balance.
