Warrior Mass was born out of the need to create the most effective product to support rapid regeneration and growth of lean muscle mass. The content of whey protein concentrate guarantees an immediate protein dose, milk protein a little slower, while micellar casein, which is digested for up to 8 hours, supplies the body with protein long after training. The combination of fast and slow protein thus guarantees ideal support for regeneration and muscle growth.
In addition to protein, high-quality carbohydrates are also needed to effectively support muscle growth. And as with protein, Warrior Mass contains carbohydrates with different rates of absorption. From slowly absorbed carbohydrates from finely ground Scottish oatmeal, through maltodextrin, to the so-called waxy maize starch. The whole mixture is supplemented with glutamine.
